How Anansi Brings the Drum premieres in November African History Month

Prominent playwright poet and storyteller Eintou Pearl Springerpremieres her new play How Anansi Bring the Drum on November 24 at the UWI Open Campus on Gordon Street in St Augustine The play will run for two nights in Trinidad at 7pm and on Saturday at the Goodwood High School in Tobago Tobagonians will enjoy two shows at 4pm and 7pm

I Hyarima headlines Amerindian Heritage Day Celebrations

The versatile and talented Brendon La Caille plays the lead role of the Amerindian warrior chief Hyarima in the 2011 performance of the play about this first hero of Trinidad and Tobago The play written and directed by Eintou Pearl Springer will be showcased as part of the celebrations for Amerindian Heritage Day at the Arima Park at 6pm on October 14th
