Idakeda designs and mounts exhibition for PenalDebe Heritage Festival

The Idakeda team has mounted an exhibition on the contribution of the African to the development and enhancement of life in Trinidad and Tobago The exhibition is being held as part of the commemoration of Heritage Week by the PenalDebe Corporation

The Idakeda team has mounted an exhibition on the contribution of the African to the development and enhancement of life in Trinidad and Tobago. The exhibition which is being held as part of the commemoration of Heritage Festival Week by the Penal/Debe Corporation, will focus on elements such as food, clothing, culture and religion. The Penal/Debe Heritage Festival Week runs from May 8-17.

Corporation Chairman, Allen Sammy says that Heritage Festival Week is a celebration of everything Trinidad and Tobago, and he is keen to have young people experience and benefit from the packed programme being put on by the Corporation. Apart from the exhibition, the Penal/Debe Heritage Week will feature Community Cookouts, Village Olympics and a competition for schools.
