Idakeda continues to develop its culturally based outreach programmes. Intensive workshops and long-term training in Theatre Arts are being now being offered to schools, institutions and communities. The programmes are under the direction of Creative Force Eintou Springer and are being taught by Idakeda Founder, Dara E. Healy.

Dara Healy has been performing since childhood. As a dancer she studied with organisations such as the internationally renowned Astor Johnson Repertory Dance Theatre, while she trained in Theatre techniques with Eintou Springer and Noel Blandin of Slade Hopkinson's Caribbean Theatre Guild. She has tutuored young people and adults in the Caribbean, the United States and the UK in Theatre and Caribbean Dance and has international choreographic and performance experience.

Dara has toured locally, regionally and internationally with Idakeda Productions as a dancer and actress, and remains actively involved at a community level with the work of the organisation. She works with the Idakeda team to conduct interventions with 'at risk' youth and women; these workshops are currently being implemented in schools across Trinidad and Tobago.

Dara also works with Idakeda productions in the areas of Stage Mangement, Public Relations and Project Management.
