The 2008 edition of the Children's Heritage Workshop which takes place from July 15th to 31st will focus on Caring for the Environment. The National Museum and Art Gallery will emphasise fun and creative ways to teach children about caring for their natural environment. Idakeda will for the third consecutive year ensure the smooth running of the Camp.

The Camp will be open to children between the ages of 5 and 12 and will be facilitated by nationals of Trinidad and Tobago known for their dedication towards environmental protection and preservation. The aim is to allow the children who attend the camp to leave with an appreciation of how they can protect their environment and reduce their waste, all while having fun.

Please contact the National Museum and Art Gallery at 868-623-5941 or 868-624-6477 to register for the camp as space is limited.
