The role of the Midnight Robber in the play Baby Doll meets Midnight Robber is now being played by award winning actor Arnold Goindhan known in acting circles as ‘Pinny'.

‘Baby Doll' is on the road once more, going to schools throughout Trinidad and Tobago as part of the Ministry of Education's Peace Promotion Programme. This play is an integral element of the intervention work done by the Idakeda Group among ‘at-risk' youth in schools and communities throughout Trinidad and Tobago and further afield.

A three time Cacique winner for best actor, best supporting actor and most outstanding upcoming actor, Pinny has played lead roles in the critically acclaimed ‘Man Talk' by Earl Warner, ‘Wilderness Ass Mas' by Davlin Thomas, La Chunga by Helen Camps, and ‘Red House Fire Fire', by Tony Hall. His television and film roles included the role of Lallo in the hit local soap opera, Westwood Park and films ‘Hit for Six', ‘Jeffrey's Calypso' a short film by Vashti Anderson and most recently, the role of Shaky in ‘The Ghost of Hing King Estate' directed by international reknown Horace Ove.

Other actors include Prior Joseph in the role of the Devil and Joshua Logan, also in the role of the Midnight Robber. Both actors recently featured in the production ‘I, Hyarima' written and directed by Eintou Pearl Springer in celebration of Amerindian Heritage Day.

The role of Baby Doll is played by Kessey Jemmot during this run; Dara Healy also portrays this character.
