Come to this year's performance of ‘Kambule' to see all of the new elements which have been included. Patrons will be treated to new characterisation, historical detail, choreography and performances from theatre stalwarts of T&T as the story of the struggle to save Carnival unfolds.

‘Kambule' is the play by Poet Laureate of Port of Spain Eintou Pearl Springer, which chronicles how the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival was protected by Stickfighters and members of the community in the 1880s. The portrayal is street theatre style and takes place on the Piccadilly Greens in Port of Spain, 5am Carnival Friday morning.
