New community projects for Idakeda in 2013

Idakeda continues to deepen its independent community outreach in 2013.

We begin with ‘Kambule' the Eintou Springer play which documents the successful struggle to save the T&T Carnival. This year the play will move to another level as new and exciting dramatic elements are introduced. Come check it out 5am, Carnival Friday morning on the Piccadilly Greens in Port of Spain.

Our empowerment sessions for ‘At Risk' young people will take a new approach through training and education. More on this in the coming weeks!

 And we are working on new plays showcasing formally unexplored aspects of the heritage of Trinidad and Tobago.
