Poet Laureate Eintou Springer one of the featured Poets in National Library Week
Eintou was one of the celebrity storytellers at the Tale-a-Thon last Sunday September 21st at the National Library in downtown Port of Spain. She shared her original work 'Ti Jean and Mariquite' with the hundreds of children who turned out to enjoy the stories and games on Sunday afternoon. Accompanying Eintou was 'Chibale' the next generation of Idakeda performers : Shanya, Ajani, Shomari and Kayode.
On Friday September 26, Eintou will perform for secondary school students at a Symposium on Women Poets, which will be moderated by Prof. Jennifer Rahim.
